Summary:

As an End User Support Analyst, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues. You’ll work closely with the IT Service Desk to deliver outstanding support and ensure smooth operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to end-user inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform basic hardware and software installations, configurations, and maintenance tasks.
  • Document all support activities, incidents, and resolutions in the IT service management system.
  • Analyze common user issues and trends to identify areas for improvement and training.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training materials and knowledge articles.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve a variety of IT issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, desktop operating systems, and common business software.
  • Prioritization and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of support requests.
