As the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the manufacturing engineering activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety are upheld.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of talented manufacturing engineers to optimize processes and enhance productivity in the production of steel products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Drive initiatives for cost reduction, waste elimination, and efficiency improvement to meet production goals.
  • Champion a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting best practices in the workplace.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing technologies is a plus.
