Harmony Square Director (Memory Care) – Harmony at Brookberry Farm

As the Harmony Square Director, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Harmony Square neighborhood, overseeing the non-clinical compliance within all community standards and state regulations. You will actively manage resident safety, behavior expressions, daily routine, ADL’s and life enrichment programs that meet the dimensions of wellness (i.e. Movement & Motion, Curiosity & Culture, Feelings & Fellowship, Clarity & Purpose, Compassion & Connection, & Leadership & Volunteerism) and will be the process owner to implement and oversee the Harmony Square points of distinction.


Requirements:

  • Degree in recreation, activities, geriatrics, Dementia care, or related field preferred
  • Three (3) years of experience working with individuals with Dementia including leading programs, managing behavior expression, and educating staff and families on Alzheimer’s and Dementia
  • Dementia training or Certified Dementia Practitioner or eligible for certification preferred
