· Create brand awareness with Builders, Contractors, and Architects within the assigned territory to ensure growth and showcase new products.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio

· Educate target groups on installation techniques, tips and tricks, and new product information

· Managing leads via CRM

· Ensure dealers are merchandised with current POP items

· Ensure dealer employees are consistently trained on our products

· Contribute ideas and developing concepts

· Ensure brand standards/guidelines are consistent within the organization

· Manage annual budget

· Completing other related tasks as needed and assigned

We believe the successful candidate will have:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university)

Hours & Compensation:

· Candidates must be willing to work at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, including some weekends and nights.

· The base salary for this position is commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications and is competitive with other companies in the area.

· This position also is entitled to complete company benefits, including a 401k program with company match, profit sharing, health care, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, upon completion of a probationary period.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 in our lowest market up to $70,000 in our highest market, plus bonus and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at VERSATEX varies depending on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
