Integral Health Behavioral Care Manager (REMOTE / LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT)

Integral Health

We work as a behavioral health partner for value-based care providers, joining forces with primary care practices and ACOs and MCOs to develop innovative behavioral health care models. Our organization is growing steadily, and our leadership brings deep experience from diverse backgrounds. Our primary goal is to ensure that quality behavioral healthcare is accessible to everyone.
