Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their homes, utilizing the principles of ABA to promote skill development and independence.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on areas such as communication, social skills, and daily living skills.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Manage challenging behaviors through effective intervention strategies and maintain a positive and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition of care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies in the field of ABA and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
Requirements
  • High school degree or higher.
  • Preferably a portion of or complete bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or early education.
  • RBT certification in good standing preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check.
