About the Job:

  • First point of contact for any office inquiries, including but not limited to, accounting, IT, or HR-related questions.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts; assist with interviewing, hiring and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Own office expense tracking and reporting.
  • Consistently interact with clients in a professional manner as a direct extension of the attorney team.
  • Organize scheduling and calendar-related events for internal and external meetings.
  • Track and upkeep firm-wide memberships and dues.
  • Manage a variety of projects based on the Partner’s needs, which could include office build-out procedures or updates.
  • Assist with client engagement and communication when needed.
  • Manage incoming mail and process outgoing packages, ordering office supplies and general office upkeep.
  • As an extended administrative hand, support the firm with ad hoc administrative and legal support tasks, such as utilizing legal technology for case-specific documents E-discovery, coordinate large document productions for casework, play a role in preparing filings and conducting research-based activities related to cases.
  • Draft, proofread, cite-check, and edit legal documents.
