Focus:

Skill Set

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in plant or facilities management, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in industrial management preferred.
  • Strong foundation in managing steel production processes and systems.
  • Proficient in overseeing the maintenance of industrial equipment, including hydraulic, electronic, and mechanical systems.
  • Proven ability to guide and develop a team in a high-stakes production environment.
  • Experience managing budgets and collaborating on financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Solid track record of working with third-party vendors to ensure equipment and facility standards.
  • Effective communicator capable of articulating complex technical concepts in understandable terms.
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred.
