Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP Implementation Support: Serve as a subject matter expert in ERP systems, providing guidance throughout the implementation process, including system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Solution Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify areas for improvement. Translate business needs into actionable functional/technical requirements to deliver IT solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complex datasets, perform data mapping, and develop insights to support decision-making processes. Create and deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication, training, and user adoption activities. Ensure smooth transitions and successful implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion and adherence to project scope.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish methods to monitor and improve system and process performance. Identify deficiencies in IT systems/processes and recommend solutions.
  • Business Impact: Understand business impacts, create and communicate decisions affecting the wider business, and manage customer expectations.
  • Cost Benefit Analysis: Produce cost-benefit analyses and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Complete root cause analysis of issues and lead problem resolution decisively.
  • Proactive Change Management: Anticipate changes, make recommendations to leadership, and lead and implement changes within the team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and significant technical/business certifications.
  • Five or more years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Solid knowledge of business and ERP processes in a complex manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP or Infor Visual ERP is a plus.
  • Experience in handling business processes for manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in IT lifecycle management methodologies, including design, development, testing, project management, and change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
