Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to define their needs for the strategy, design, and execution of digital solutions, including content management, commerce, and custom application development.
  • Analyze code to extract business rules for review with stakeholders.
  • Investigate existing systems to understand the complex mapping of user interfaces.
  • Articulate and communicate a product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.

  • Review and approve functional design outputs to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to assess the impact of architecture on business decisions.
  • Create comprehensive test cases based on development specifications and analyze outcomes; support user acceptance testing through planning and executing test scenarios.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure effective solution adoption and utilization.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing opportunities and challenges promptly.
  • Collaborate with a talented team of strategists, business analysts, engineers, architects, creatives, and UX professionals.
  • Embrace challenges and pursue growth within a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with stakeholders, strategists, technical project managers, developers, and architects in an Agile consulting environment.
  • Proven experience in conducting workshops and crafting user stories to fulfill business requirements.
  • Diverse experience in eCommerce, strategy, custom application development, customer data platforms, digital asset management, and/or content management systems is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; certification as a Scrum Master is a plus.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
