We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Business Analyst to contribute to our expanding Digital Strategy & Experience practice at RDA COMPANY LLC. This role is essential for guiding the development of comprehensive digital solutions tailored to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with stakeholders to define their requirements for the design and execution of digital solutions, including content management, eCommerce, and custom application development.
- Analyze existing systems to extract business rules and facilitate discussions with users.
- Investigate current systems to understand the complex relationships between various interfaces.
- Articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with client Product Owners on managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Work alongside business leaders and subject matter experts to enhance systems and support operational improvements, identifying both business and technical gaps.
- Document critical business processes and workflows for clarity and consistency.
- Prioritize features and tasks based on user needs and business priorities.
- Prepare comprehensive business requirements documents, use cases, and systems interaction diagrams.
- Ensure alignment between end-user requirements and system capabilities.
- Act as the primary liaison for the development team, clarifying business needs and resolving issues.
- Review and validate functional design deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to assess the impact of architecture on business decisions.
- Create detailed test cases based on development specifications and analyze outcomes; support user acceptance testing through planning and execution of test scenarios.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to facilitate effective solution adoption.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address challenges and opportunities promptly.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of strategists, analysts, engineers, architects, creatives, and UX professionals.
- Embrace challenges and seek personal and professional growth within a dynamic team environment.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile consulting environment, collaborating with stakeholders, strategists, technical project managers, developers, and architects.
- Proven experience in conducting workshops and crafting user stories to fulfill business requirements.
- Broad experience in eCommerce, strategy development, custom application development, customer data platforms, digital asset management, and/or content management systems is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; certification as a Scrum Master is a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
