The L&L Company is an established residential flooring sales, installation, and service company specializing in new homes construction. We are searching for a candidate to develop new business in the Northern Virginia area.

You will canvass, identify residential builders, market potential in the territory, create bids, attend industry trade events, and build and maintain residential builder relationships. A successful track record in marketing or sales is required, along with a working knowledge of bids and margin analysis. Interpersonal skills as well as presentation skills is required. Self motivation and being able to work independently is necessary. Travel is required within the designated territory. College graduate is preferred.
