Description:
* Develop and maintain relationships to drive business growth.
* Perform lead generation via phone to set sales appointments and reach new prospects.
* Conduct web demos, introductory calls, and proposal presentations for high-level stakeholders.
* Create and implement sales strategies and territory growth plans to identify and close new business opportunities.
* Travel as needed for trade shows and other business requirements.

Requirements:
* 4-5+ years of business development sales experience
* Previous CRM software experience is required
* Experience in the industrial industry is a plus

Additional Info:
* Pay range: $60,000 to $70,000 base annually + Uncapped Commission (minimum FYE = $135K+)
* Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
* Location: 100% In-office
