Job Title: Environmental and Sustainability Reporting Administrator

Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Reach, RoHS, CMRT, and Sustainability Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with global regulations such as Reach and RoHS, managing CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template) requirements, and advancing our sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and a passion for sustainability practices.


Responsibilities:

Work closely with procurement, engineering, legal, and other departments to address compliance and sustainability issues.

Monitor and understand compliance with Reach (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals), RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) CMRT (Conflict Minerals) and associated environmental compliance and sustainability directives across our product lines.

Address related customer inquiries by providing the appropriate compliance documents based on product type.

Stay updated with regulatory changes and communicate impacts to Plant Environmental and Safety Engineer. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to industry standards.

Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and goals for North American and European business divisions.

Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports and communicate achievements internally and externally.

Candidate will be expected to develop a basic understanding of our product line and provide part identification and project support documents to internal stakeholders in Customer Service and Sales.

Maintain accurate records and databases related to regulatory compliance and sustainability metrics.


Qualifications:

High School Diploma (Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.)

Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with data management software.

Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
