Vehicle Title Analyst

The Title Analyst will be responsible for filing, scanning and following up on DMV paperwork. The ideal candidate has strong customer relations skills and feels comfortable in a fast paced enviroment.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming auto titles accurately so as to transfer to the correct buyer.
- Make calls and send emails related to auto titles.
- Perform data entry of required information.
- Verify vehicle title for accuracy.
- Prepare legal transfer and tax documents to submit to DMVs.
- Log in titles when received.
- Help reconstruct lost vehicle titles.
- Ensure compliance of state, federal or local laws in processing titles.
- Assist other departments as necessary. Work closely with the credit, collections and repo departments to resolve issues.
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns.
- Manage follow-up calendar.
- Handle telephone inquiries in a warm, personable manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Notary preferred.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude.
