Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our efforts on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these platforms, a passion for creating compelling content, and the ability to analyze and optimize performance to grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organic Content Creation: Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This includes creating, editing, and publishing videos, images, and stories that align with our brand voice and objectives. (Photography and Videography skills are a major PLUS)
- Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of our social media accounts on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring all content is timely, relevant, and optimized for each platform.
- Audience Engagement: Foster a strong, interactive community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and by proactively engaging with our audience to build relationships and encourage brand loyalty.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across platforms. Use insights to refine strategies, enhance content, and drive continuous improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media, particularly on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Apply this knowledge to keep our content fresh and relevant and produce ROI and growth on all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong portfolio of content creation, including video production and editing.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
