Position Summary:

Renovo’s Relationship Manager (RM) will work alongside the Regional Managing Director of Lending, supporting loan origination, underwriting and operations functions. This role plays a key role in driving repeat business by helping to manage, maintain, and grow current relationships with existing clients, investors, brokers, and real estate professionals. Success in this role is evaluated based on the candidate’s ability to drive repeat business, partner with all key stakeholders internal and external to Renovo Financial providing exemplary experience This role will report directly to the Head of Fulfillment and eligible for overtime compensation under FLSA.


Primary responsibilities of the RM:

1. Collaborate with the Lender to structure loans, ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations, and remove any obstacles getting in the way of moving loans through the pipeline.

2. Is instrumental in deepening the client’s relationship and cross-selling other Renovo products to capture the client’s entire portfolio “

3. Is responsible to deliver world-class service by identifying what is working, what is not working, and how to action plan offering better service.

4. Conduct a preliminary financial analysis of any potential borrowers, analysis of properties, and perform loan sizing activities

5. Manage loan pipelines and ensure timely closing of loans.

6. Monitor loan performance and identify potential risks for the existing portfolio (i.e. monitor draw progress, upcoming maturities, modification needs, etc).


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field / Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Real estate / underwriting/ lending / client relationship management experience preferred not required.

• Independent and collaborative in nature.

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

o Consistently achieving 90+ NPS for Borrowers in the LO’s portfolio

o The Relationship Manager is the 1 main point of contact for amazing customer service

• Loan Officer Leverage:

o A successful Relationship Manager creates an environment where the Loan Officer can spend more time driving increased business by fostering new and large relationships

o Cross-Selling additional products to the client, outside of their first loan with Renovo
