Regional Sales Executive

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for new sales development and driving top line revenue growth for PPO Network, Bill Review, Case Management, IME, Peer Review, Pharmacy, and Auto Managed Care Services.


RESPONSIBILITIES

•Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.

•Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients.

•Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.

•Attend and participate in Trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

•Schedule “in-person” client meetings and actions plans for follow up.

•Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region or industry.

•Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs.

•Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

•Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

•Answers inquiries from clients concerning the industry at large.

•Provides information, and other bid specifications to clients.

•Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements.

•Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager.

•Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

•Performs other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Required Qualifications:

•Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

•Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Preferred Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR

•Five years of related experience  


Physical Requirements: 

•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

•Must be able to travel.
