Responsible for the implementation of strategic direction and ethical leadership of one or more lines of business and/or clients whose markets encompasses a global and/or multi-market area. Creates an environment where supporting all CBRE platforms is an objective and is enthusiastically embraced.
Builds a cohesive, diverse team dedicated to ongoing improvement of service delivery platform and client relationships.
M&A activity, strategic recruits, producer retention and solution selling platform opportunities.
Balances the need to be risk aware with a commercial mindset.
Deeply understands the talent in the assigned organization and develops leaders who are demonstrably ready to succeed to the most senior roles.
Acts with a deep sense of obligation to achieve the company’s goals regarding employee diversity as well as employee engagement.
Drives manager excellence and performance management, talent development and succession planning to develop and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline.
Works with the People team to optimize the size and shape of assigned organization (including platform, spans and layers) to ensure the organization is fit for the future.
CLIENT AND COMMUNITY
FINANCIAL
Responsible for delivering the financial goals of the business, including topline revenue, EBITDA , operating margin and market share.
Provides regular reporting at local and regional level.
Exhibits financial savviness and growth , with demonstrated P&L growth and expansion.
OPERATIONS AND PLATFORM
Improves daily/weekly tracking of business performance providing ongoing visibility into billings and receivables, and tracks volumes, pursuits and opportunities that enables ability to manage business proactively.
Promotes and drives adoption of leading-edge operating platform, including technology and data as they are developed or supported within the company Digital &Technology (D&T) strategy.
Exhibits passion for technology and leading change. Sees opportunity in data aggregation, centralization and process improvement.
Works with VAS D&T and business partners to drive platform development and adoption ensuring the VAS systems enhance CBRE’s professional’s productivity, reduces delivery lime to clients and offers a consistent high-end quality product.
RISK
Effectively manages risk in the ACS business, focusing intently on risks identified through the company’s enterprise risk management process.
Understands and mitigates commercial and legal risk appropriately to successfully operate the business.
Is an advocate for quality and risk management, actively promotes and ensures adherence to Practice Area Guidelines (including local addendums), strong risk management implementation in accordance with company guidelines.

Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university required. Master's degree (MA, MS or MBA) preferred.
Possesses strong experience in managing a large, diverse team. Demonstrates knowledge/capabilities in the areas of financial analysis, business administration, legal, human resources, ethical practices, marketing, business development and consultative sales. Uses ability to think strategically and to synthesize the most complex business and financial data. Prior experience in leading company projects, practice groups or other functional roles.
Any licenses required as appropriate for the business unit. COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Able to comprehend, analyze and interpret the most complex business documents. Able to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management and client groups to take desired action. Communicates regularly with senior leadership.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Possess advanced financial skills and knowledge to review the complex financial reports prepared by others and to make recommendations to executives that impact division/line of business/company.
Proven understanding of corporate financials and budget process and ability to manage discretionary expenses.
Draws upon the analysis of others (human resources, legal, finance/accounting and other shared services groups) to assist in making recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
A strong entrepreneurial and creative spirit. Some knowledge and understanding of all facets of property and asset management, leasing, brokerage, marketing, and financial reporting. Is flexible and adept at handling multiple priorities and initiatives. Above-average computer skills in Word, Excel and Internet usage. Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve complex results. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operation(s) and may have company-wide effect. Decisions that would have effect outside immediate area of responsibility (i.e. other functional or operating areas) are approved by next level supervision and appropriate senior management prior to implementation.
