Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accessibility audits and assessments of digital products
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to address accessibility issues
  • Develop and implement accessibility strategies and best practices
  • Provide training and support to team members on accessibility standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility trends and technologies
  • Ensure compliance with WCAG, ADA, Section 508, and other relevant standards
  • Conduct user testing with individuals with disabilities
  • Create and maintain documentation on accessibility practices and guidelines
  • Advocate for accessibility within the organization
  • Work with third-party vendors to ensure their products meet accessibility standards
  • Review and provide feedback on design and development work
  • Participate in accessibility-related conferences and workshops
  • Monitor and report on accessibility metrics and progress
  • Assist in the development of accessible content and multimedia
  • Provide recommendations for improving accessibility in existing products



Requirements:

  • Experience in accessibility testing web-based applications and Windows desktop
  • Experience in accessibility testing native mobile applications on iOS and Android
  • Experience in creating accessibility training
  • Experience in working with developer, product owners to understand accessibility requirement
  • Effective written and verbal communication skill
  • Working experience in agile environment
  • Strong collaboration skills managing cross-functional stakeholders relationship
  • Good to have International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Certifications (Desired)
