HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for our integrated e-commerce and point-of-sale (POS) platforms.
  • Train and support internal teams (Retail, Marketing, Compliance, Operations) on using these platforms effectively.
  • Troubleshoot data and system issues, identifying basic user errors and escalating complex problems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal IT to resolve critical issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new platform functionalities.
  • Participate in testing software upgrades and assist with new feature implementations.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements for increased efficiency.


ARE YOU AN E-COMMERCE PRODUCT SUPPORT ROCK STAR?

  • Experience: Mid-Senior level experience with e-commerce platforms, system integrations, and ideally, experience in the Alternative Medicine industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills, and the ability to create training materials. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Qualities: Self-starter with a collaborative spirit. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at meeting deadlines. Highly organized and comfortable working with all levels of management.

Additional Information:

  • A cannabis industry background and understanding of retail operations (inventory, customer transactions, POS) are a plus.
  • The successful candidate will undergo criminal and reference checks.
