Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Work with a cross functional team to execute recurring monthly status.
  • Ensure the IMS is compliant with customer requirements throughout all program phases (including commercial and government customers).
  • Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration.
  • Work directly with EVM team to meet all EVM change requests, monthly deadlines, and reporting

Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree in a relevant field, MS or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management, specifically scheduling.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Project, including critical path analysis, work
    breakdown structure (WBS) management, schedule resource leveling and actual work hour
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to readily adapt to changing priorities are required.
