Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. The role will also require knowledge of DOT and FMCSA requirements to ensure compliance in day to day operations.


Wolf Moving is a young company that aspires to grow to a statewide and national scale. This role will be foundational to the company's growth and culture. The operations manager will work hand in hand with the owner to develop and implement new business strategies to optimize future growth and scaling.


The ideal candidate for this role will posses the following


  • Leadership skills
  • Organizational/multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT requirements for Household movers
  • Knowledge of basic small business functions (accounting, payroll, taxes, etc.)
  • Prior experience in Management
  • Proficiency in using transportation management software and systems
  • Ability to work on-site in Raleigh, NC
