Currently, we have an opportunity to add a Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator to our team. This highly detail-oriented role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.


This team member operates at a high level across all HR systems (Dayforce, SuccessFactors, LRN, multiple state work comp sites), following business policies and practices; maintains payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data; resolves payroll discrepancies and answers all employee payroll queries; works closely with local and corporate HR/payroll teams on HR policy changes, tax changes, system updates, and payroll anomalies; with HR leadership, ensures every SuperATV employee is paid on time and correctly each pay period.


Primary Job Duties

  • Updates payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions, and saving deductions
  • Prepares HR and payroll reports as requested
  • Direct onboarding process and lead orientation program for all US employees
  • Supports employee onboarding for completing required forms, set up tax liabilities, and ensure direct deposit information is 100% correct
  • Support Safety and HR in scheduling required testing, drills, and trainings
  • Fun Committee coordinator which includes scheduling and executing all employee and community related events
  • Maintain all required HR compliance postings
  • Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinates employee anniversary awards and retirement parties
  • Organize and maintain employee paper and electronic files
  • Run regularly scheduled reports for audits and compliance
  • Support on-site tours for high school and college students
  • Serve as back-up to tracking and management of employee leaves and benefits in reporting


Qualified candidates must be highly detail-oriented as this is heads down transactional based work. The qualified candidate must have strong computer skills (particularly in Microsoft Excel), problem-solving skills, analytical skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and be a self-starter. This position is a customer-facing opportunity that requires excellent customer service both internally and externally. An associate’s degree or certificate in Human Resources or related field is preferred, but not required. Minimum of one year human resources or payroll support experience.
