Specific responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer security and infrastructure teams, building strong relationships and providing technical support.
  • Ensure customer account health by driving adoption, growth, and retention, while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate technical issues in collaboration with customers and escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external knowledge bases, including product documentation.
  • Contribute to product feedback discussions and assist in testing new features.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends and deepen platform expertise.
  •  Provide support during regular hours and on a scheduled rotational basis.


Qualifications:

  •  2-3 years of hands-on experience in a technical support role or a similar position.
  • Strong Linux or Windows troubleshooting skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve issues in complex technical environments, is a MUST.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, particularly AWS, with a preference for candidates holding AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Cloud+, or CompTIA Security+ certifications (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with malware and ransomware, including prevention and recovery techniques, is a plus.
  • Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity, and Rubrik is a plus.
