Key Responsibilities:


Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute events such as fundraisers, webinars, workshops, conferences, and luncheons from start to finish.
  • Organize mailing lists, invitations, schedules, and venues.
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up to ensure client engagement and satisfaction, including email campaigns, social media, and follow-up calls.


Generate Leads:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and post-event follow-up.


Marketing & Social Media:

  • Develop and maintain the company’s event calendar, including planning social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist with designing marketing materials like advertisements, brochures, and flyers.
  • Monitor Google leads (including PPC and LSA advertising) and actively contact new leads.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all marketing efforts align with The Stefans Group’s branding.


Administrative Duties:

  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate departments while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Manage and update client databases to ensure information is accurate and secure.
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling for meetings, client consultations, and events.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, managing correspondence, and maintaining office organization.


Apply if You Have:

  • 1+ year of proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with website maintenance and social media platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.


It’s REALLY Nice if You Have:

  • Experience in financial services, tax services, elder law, or estate planning.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and best practices.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems.
  • A knack for working both independently and collaboratively.
  • A passion for learning and self-improvement.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to work under deadlines on multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of WordPress.
