Overview:
The Automation Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Consultant to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing and executing CRM migration and implementation projects, ensuring seamless platform integrations, and acting as a subject matter expert for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot & Salesforce Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, Service Hub) and Salesforce to manage migrations, integrations, and implementations that meet client needs.
- CRM Migrations: Lead and execute CRM migration projects, specifically transitioning data and processes from Salesforce to HubSpot, while ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
- Platform Integrations: Manage and execute integrations between HubSpot and other platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a client-facing expert, providing guidance and solutions for complex CRM issues, and ensuring optimal use of both HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.
- Project Management: Oversee CRM-related projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with client business goals.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges within HubSpot and Salesforce independently and collaboratively, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and interpret CRM reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with HubSpot, including extensive use of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, and Service Hub. Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, including data migration and platform integration.
- Platform Knowledge: Proficiency with Salesforce products, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM platform integrations and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to independently solve technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing Automation: Experience with other marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in HubSpot and Salesforce are advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of current trends and best practices in CRM management and marketing automation.
Compensation:
This is a part-time contract role starting at 30-40 hours per month, with the potential for additional hours based on project needs.
