Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager - SEMICONDUCTORS US BASED. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing Fab optimization projects, managing project timelines, coordinating program reviews, and overseeing cross-functional teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. The position is located primarily in the USA with occasional travel requirements.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in semiconductor frontend manufacturing
  • Hand-on knowledge in Fab optimization methods, proficiency in Fab systems and standard wafer processing practices in Fab modules (Photo, Etch, CVD, Implant, Metrology, Furnace etc.)
  • Process engineering, equipment engineering or IE background in Fab organization is required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline (EE, IE, ME), Microelectronics or alike
  • PMP certification is a plus
