We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of order processing, warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping preparation, and logistics coordination. The Fulfillment & Logistics Manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
  • Coordinating with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and utilizing their warehouse management system (WMS) software to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations.
  • Managing inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and prevent inventory shrinkage.
  • Developing and implementing a production control and planning system aimed to meet or exceed customer expectations and to balance the level of manpower and machine requirements.
  • Driving receipt, disbursement, and inventory control of material to ensure on-time delivery to customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels to meet the site business objectives.
  • Ensuring correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines are utilized in order execution systems to ensure proper order generation and inventory balances.
  • Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals.
  • Optimizing procurement and vendor management strategies to improve lead times and performance.
  • Managing a dynamic team of production supervisors, full-time and part-time warehouse staff, and other direct reports.
  • Implementing production planning strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, minimize lead times, and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with production teams to schedule production runs based on demand forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Reporting weekly on multiple fulfillment and performance KPIs, providing data-backed updates to senior management to improve order fulfillment SLAs and vendor performance.
  • Supporting efforts to attain certifications (such as ISO) for quality in installation, production, and customer experience, including knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phase.


Requirements and Skills:


  • Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
  • Business-level communication skills (oral and written).
  • A strong customer-oriented focus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish.
