Hybrid position: 3 days in office at the candidate's preference. Other 2 days remote

EXCEPT TRAINING: They will be required to go into the office on the 3 days that their trainee does.

Hourly Rate: $22/hr

Parking -- $40.00 monthly. Other options and lots are available that are close.

Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate who is organized and likes structure.

Someone who can multitask but is detail-orientated.

Can work in a fast-paced environment.

Quick to respond and quick to raise questions when concerned about a process.

Candidate needs to have basic computer skills; they might need to troubleshoot minor tech problems.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and reconciling all output processing (statements, books and record letters, client letters, trade confirms, etc).

Create and send verification letters for clients.

Research client inquiries as they pertain to output, and documents and escalate/resolve them with the vendor.

Employee will interact with internal teams and our print vendors (Broadridge and RR Donnelly). All interactions will be through email or teams' meetings.

MS Office applications - excel and access databases used daily. Email and teams used daily

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

Four or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Thorough knowledge of assigned business unit policies, plans, procedures, products, and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical and forecasting skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Ability to work as part of a project team.

Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills.

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Interview Process:

Interviews will be onsite in person (When arriving for an interview, they should park in the front of the building in the 'visitor' spots.)
