  • Create and send verification letters for clients.
  • Research client inquires as it pertains to output, documents and escalate/resolve with vendor
  • Employees will interact with internal teams and our print vendors (Broadridge and RR Donnelly). All interactions will be through email or teams' meetings.
  • MS Office applications - excel and access databases used daily. Email and teams used daily
