This position is responsible for:

  1. Overseeing the daily operations of their team and ensure efficient/effective processes.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  3. Administer and optimize the use of UKG Ready.
  4. Us your problem-solving skills with PEO clients on employee benefits, payroll, and compliance matters.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven (5+ yrs.) experience as a People Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Extensive experience with UKG Ready and Salesforce.
  • Experience working with PEO clients and managing related services.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • SHRM-CP certification
