Duration: 3+ Months with possibility of extension
Training Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Post-Training Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality support and problem resolution through phone interactions. While the current role focuses on telephonic support, there may be opportunities for chat or email interactions in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, and potentially chat or email in the future.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using department tools, resources, and business judgment.
- Initiate the escalation process for unresolved problems.
- Maintain high productivity, revenue generation, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate positive performance, solid business skills, and support department objectives.
- Use courteous and professional language, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Handle customer interactions with a focus on creating win-win resolutions and de-escalating issues as needed.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and experience (call center experience is not mandatory).
- Ability to navigate systems effectively and manage customer issues with professionalism.
- The role will be phone only with the possibility for chat or email interactions in the future. The current need is for phone agents, so we cannot commit to any specific timeline for a change to the chat or email channels.
