Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain divisional financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with corporate strategies and objectives. Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and key metrics to drive business decisions.


  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.


  • Cost Management: Monitor divisional costs and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with operational teams to implement cost-effective measures.


  • Strategic Support: Partner with divisional leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Evaluate potential investments, initiatives, and projects, providing financial justification and ROI analysis.


  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and opportunities within the division, proposing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.


  • Process Improvement: Continuously streamline and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience or similar role within a large corporation, ideally in a divisional or business unit setting.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
