As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational excellence within an internal division. Reporting directly to the Divisional Finance Director, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure the division meets its financial objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain divisional financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with corporate strategies and objectives. Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and key metrics to drive business decisions.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Cost Management: Monitor divisional costs and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with operational teams to implement cost-effective measures.
- Strategic Support: Partner with divisional leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Evaluate potential investments, initiatives, and projects, providing financial justification and ROI analysis.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and opportunities within the division, proposing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Continuously streamline and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience or similar role within a large corporation, ideally in a divisional or business unit setting.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
