Finance Associate

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Finance Associate to join our team in Burlington, MA. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for assisting with mutual fund operation tasks, monitoring and recording security transactions, and preparing cash reconciliations.
Responsibilities- Assist with mutual fund operation tasks, including trade, interest payments, maturities, and corporate actions.
- Monitor and record security transactions, including trade, interest payments, maturities, and corporate actions.
- Prepare cash reconciliations and calculate and report on fund Net Asset Values on a daily basis.
- Assist with management reporting activities and client service activities and inquiries.
- Monitor and manage cash flows and expenses, and analyze fund requests and manage fund distributions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Prior finance/accounting internship experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
