Are you ready to be a positive force in someone's life? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic day program in Concord where you will assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in reaching their highest level of independence and self-sufficiency.


What You'll Do:

  • Engage and support participants in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, games, holiday parties, costume contests, music, cooking classes, and exciting field trips.
  • Provide verbal and physical support in daily program activities, both in-house and within the community.
  • Manage participants' medical and personal care needs, including assistance with bathroom use, changing of adult diapers, and assistance with feeding.
  • Implement lesson plans and collect valuable data to enhance our programs.


Must Have:

  • Valid CA driver's license.
  • Good driving record.

Position: Day Program Instructor

Location: Concord, CA

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm - CAP Concord, 37.5 hours per week

OR Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:00pm - Senior/TLC, 37.5 hours per week

Compensation: $18 per hour
