Overview:

My client is a well-funded start-up, committed to delivering exceptional, secure experiences for both customers and employees, leveraging AI-driven automation and ML technologies to redefine the technology landscape. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving organization dedicated to continuous transformation, innovation, and growth. As a Principal Product Manager - AI/ML you'll be pivotal in shaping the development and implementation of their Gen AI & ML products for Enterprises and will be responsible for company-wide programs that leverage Gen AI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Execution: Strong understanding of model optimization techniques and/or experience with fine-tuning LLMs & ML models.
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for AI products. Define and communicate the long-term vision, ensuring alignment with industry trends and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and support. Gather input and feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Product Roadmap and Lifecycle Management: Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, detailing key features, enhancements, and releases. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Conduct regular market analysis and gather intelligence to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback. Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through product improvements and innovative solutions.


Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of the GenAI and ML landscape, capable of shaping strategy and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience introducing innovative products (0 to 1) that have significantly altered market dynamics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun team environment
  • Team player attitude and willingness to work across the organization and company
  • Proven results from establishing and optimizing software engineering processes for different organizations/environments
