Join our dynamic team where innovation meets precision We are offering a permanent direct hire role for candidates seeking 2nd or 3rd shift positions, Monday through Friday. If you are driven and experienced, this is your chance to lead a talented team and ensure top-notch production quality and efficiency.


Salary Range $65-85K annually plus benefits


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Motivate: Oversee and inspire all shift personnel, assign tasks, review performance, and provide coaching.
  • Problem Solving: Perform process troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Training: Train all production colleagues and support staff, ensuring top-tier performance.
  • Optimize Operations: Enhance efficiency and productivity, ensuring effective use of personnel and resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QC to meet and exceed quality goals.
  • Safety First: Enforce safety standards across the production floor.
  • Reporting: Ensure accurate production reporting, including machine downtime and scrap.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in injection molding or thermoforming, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, computer literacy, and effective communication at all levels.
  • Physical Ability: Must frequently lift/move up to 60 pounds and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and coordination.


Preferred:

  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with plastics technology, electronics, molding, and hydraulics.
