Responsibilities:


  • Handle multiple simultaneous cases in a range of employment practice areas.
  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and employment contract disputes.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employment law matters
  • Draft and review legal documents, such as employment agreements, severance agreements, and employee handbooks


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of litigation experience, employment litigation preferred
  • Demonstrated interest in labor & employment
  • J.D. from an accredited university with excellent academic credentials
  • Admitted to practice law in state of Ohio
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
