Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Responsibilities:

  • We're looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our client’s business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll also provide on-site assistance during startup, and coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will produce designs for electrical circuits and panels utilizing control applications, and designs for control systems for a variety of processes, and develop options and optimizations for all aspects of process control, instrumentation, and automation. Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university
  • At least 6 Years of experience working with Instrumentation and Controls.
  • Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, and other control applications

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience related to semiconductor fabrication facilities
  • Experience reviewing vendor submittal packages against client requirements and specifications
  • Field experiences interacting with subcontractors and construction personnel


This role is posted as a 1-year contract, but the intent is to hire a successfully performing contractor as a direct employee within 3-6 months.
