RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to optimize configurations and implementations of new features
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting of systems and applications
  • Work with vendors and technical teams to gain an understanding of project functionality
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical people both written and verbally

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting API integrations
  • Knowledge of database models and reporting to pull data and generate reports
  • Ability to identify hidden issues as well as stated issues
  • Proficient with testing and troubleshooting various software applications
  • Strong analytical skills

PREFERRED SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Financial institution experience
  • Agile experience

TERMS:

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $63K based on experience. They provide benefits including full medical, dental, and vision along with 401K, tuition reimbursement, generous PTO and other benefits.
