DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for managing relationships - both on the client and publisher side, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on client performance, and creating and executing a successful affiliate growth strategy for their clients.


  • Manage client relationships, including onboarding new client, managing existing client relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support to clients - answering questions, providing technical assistance, and troubleshooting problems.
  • Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, developing creative and effective strategies to promote the products and services of Group 8A clients.
  • Optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, testing different strategies and tactics to improve results.
  • Report on affiliate marketing results, providing insights into the performance of campaigns and the overall affiliate marketing program.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience being front facing with clients in a lead or supporting role.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in affiliate networks (i.e. ShareASale, Impact, CJ, Pepperjam etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
