What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years working on large-scale digital products and 3+ years in Product Management.
  • Enterprise Expertise: Experience with large-scale, enterprise clients.
  • Visionary Leadership: Ability to develop and execute both short and long-term product roadmaps.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven track record in driving, launching, and measuring the success of product strategies.
  • Problem Solver: Skilled in solving complex problems on digital platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Metrics-driven with a strong analytical background.
  • Customer-Centric: Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Clear Communicator: Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile programs, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Bonus Skills: Previous experience as a Business Analyst (BA) and working alongside a Product Owner (PO).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product lifecycle and development initiatives for services and applications.
  • Translate industry best practices into actionable steps for our unique organization and market position.
  • Gather and document information to support high-level process goals.
  • Develop and communicate product strategies to drive financial results.
  • Collaborate with different business lines to implement new product strategies.
  • Lead product launches and enhancements across our service and application portfolio.
