Who We Are Looking For: 

Narrative Ads is seeking a self-starting, creatively motivated part-time Content Producer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who understands how to create engaging content across a variety of verticals that will get viewers to stop scrolling, watch, and convert.

You must be a highly creative visual thinker who can prolifically generate great ideas and follow them through to completion, with or without explicit guidance. We are seeking someone with an eye for content that will drive engagement, and for someone who takes pride in being inventive, imaginative, agile, and resourceful. 

We ARE NOT looking for graphic designers. 


\What you’ll do: 

  • Collaborate, write, produce, and create short, compelling videos ads in and around Los Angeles, including in our Narrative Pasadena studios
  • Work across different brands, verticals, and teams under tight deadlines to deliver for our partners
  • Be comfortable being in front of the camera, and working with talent and other content creators 
  • Understand, track, and utilize performance metrics for compelling content 
  • Understand social trends, influencers, content, and challenges, and apply them to your creative process and execution


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (or equivalently 1-3+ years of experience at a social media agency, creator agency, brand, or in digital marketing).
  • Social Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of the creator and influencer ecosystem and trends on social media platforms
  • Experience and passion for social media content creation
  • Being highly organized, time-sensitive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an open mindset



Position Details: 


Job Type: Part-time 


Compensation: $20 per hour


Expected hours: 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday

This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the studio in Pasadena, CA. This position offers flexibility with working hours that may occasionally change based on the candidate's schedule and business needs.
