Position Overview:


As a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager, you will be an individual

contributor responsible for overseeing our marketing campaigns, coordinating with third-party

marketing vendors, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales and operations. This hybrid

role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution, making it ideal for a versatile and

proactive marketing professional.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Campaign Management:

o Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand

awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

o Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and

recommendations for optimization.

o Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce

compelling marketing materials.

2. Coordination with Third-Party Vendors:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party marketing vendors, including

digital marketing agencies, PR firms, and event organizers.

o Oversee vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards, timelines,

and budgets.

o Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for new partnerships as

needed.

3. Internal Collaboration:

o Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with

sales goals and operational plans.

o Coordinate with sales leaders to develop marketing strategies and materials that

support lead generation and sales conversion.

o Assist in the planning and execution of industry fairs, trade shows, and events,

ensuring seamless coordination and successful representation.

4. Brand Management:

o Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring

alignment with overall brand strategy and messaging.

o Develop and manage content for various platforms, including websites, social

media, email marketing, and more.

o Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,

and customer preferences.

5. Project Management:

o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality

standards are maintained.

o Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance

metrics and strategic insights.

o Budget management for marketing activities and events, ensuring cost-effective use

of resources.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, vendor

coordination, and event planning.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and

deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate

across departments and with external partners.

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, email marketing, social media,

and analytics tools.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign

performance.

• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand management.
