Project Event Coordinator

Position: Onsite Office Coordinator
Pay Rate: Up to $29/hr
Location: 100% Onsite in Princeton, NJ
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry to support the transition to a new meeting tracking technology.
- Assist with various tasks related to the preparation and execution of on-site staff events and meetings.
- Provide support for team meetings, including creating agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Assist multiple staff members with daily tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle invoice reconciliation and prepare documents for payment.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of experience in office coordination. Meeting planning experience is a plus.
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with basic audio/visual tools for meetings.
- Experience with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with good judgment and the ability to seek help when needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Reliable customer service skills, with the ability to represent RWJF professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in note-taking is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Project management experience is highly desirable.
