Applications Consultant

Summary:

The Applications Consultant is responsible for the one-on-one and group instruction of medical staff (radiologists, radiologic technologists, and clinical staff) on the basic and advanced tools of Mach7 products including its Enterprise Imaging Platform and eUnity diagnostic viewer. The Applications Consultant creates training and educational collateral including knowledge base articles, self-service and live webinars, and customer-specific User’s Guides. The Applications Consultant may also consult on enterprise imaging workflows within a hospital environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage customer training both onsite and remotely.
  • Deliver training at client locations such as hospitals, universities, and imaging centers
  • Prepare complementary applications training information and provide corresponding job aids and webinars for customer utilization.
  • Work with end-users and provide support to ensure adoption of Mach7 products.
  • Create complete, accurate, and up-to-date training documentation and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Clinical Applications team to develop guidelines, FAQs, Work Instructions, and Self-Service online courses.
  • Assist with internal and customer Go Live Readiness assessments and feature validation.
  • Act in the capacity of a customer advocate for product usability.
  • Proactive communication of end- user feedback to the Product Management team.
  • Professional representation of Mach7 the organization with both remote and onsite engagements.
  • 50-75% travel required with occasional travel to Canada, mainly for internal training.


Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • 3-5 years Radiology/Diagnostic imaging experience, PACS, RIS and EMR technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of diagnostic imaging and radiology workflow with current modalities and study procedures.
  • Experience as a Radiology Technologist strongly preferred
  • Experience delivering applications training to Radiologists and/or Technologists.
  • Knowledge of Radiologist Interpretation Tools and Adult Instruction Techniques.
  • Knowledge of Medical imaging workflow and tools such as DICOM,HL7
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% and support occasional weekend Go Live events
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Optimistic, positive, can-do attitude and high energy approach.
