- Maintains up to date installation and usage documentation for Enterprise packaged solutions.
- Participate in determining testing approaches, test planning, regression testing, stress testing and defect analysis.
- Provide high quality timely estimates for project tasks, activities, and deliverables.
- Monitor status and activity of the Enterprise packaged solutions. Generate and review product logs. Support/define report creation and execution.
- Define and test Disaster Recovery procedures.
- Mentors peers and/or team members.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience.
·Experience with software development life cycle which includes design of solutions using sound architecture concepts, configuration of applications, writing and execution of use cases and test plans, and the delivery of software solutions.
·Experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Customer Communications Management (CCM), and/or Document Archiving and Imaging, and their corresponding software implementations (e.g. OnBase, Kofax, Quadient Inspire, etc.), is a plus.
·Ability to work independently and to multitask, handling multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
·Strong communication, analytical, design and problem solving skills.
·Experience with IIS, Windows Server Environment, SQL Server Database, XML, Web Services, WebSphere, Tomcat, and Middleware technologies.
·Experience with Team Foundation Server, SourceSafe, CVS, or SVN desired.
