Position Overview: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Commerce Content Specialist to join our dynamic Digital IT team. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a critical role in creating product imagery and meta data for our e-commerce menus as well as digital assets to support our websites and other strategic digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, copy and content creation, image editing/optimization for digital devices, team collaboration, and campaign data analysis.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Retail e-commerce ordering websites and platforms with accurate and up-to-date product descriptions and images.
  • Support the development, deployment and optimization of best-in-class digital assets tailored to targeted e-commerce websites, with an emphasis on product copy, descriptions, meta-data, images, video, and infographics.
  • Create, obtain, and modify digital assets and copy as needed to keep e-commerce menus and related websites up-to-date.
  • Communicate with Marketing stakeholders to maintain a working knowledge of daily deals and promotional deals, and ensure they are accurately displayed on retail and wholesale platforms and pages.
  • Oversee creative asset delivery from external and internal creative agencies, ensuring digital assets are built to specifications.
  • Agency and cross-functional internal team collaboration.
  • Work collectively with brand creative agencies to QA and implement new creative assets.
  • Monitor and provide timely updates on menu health and strategic initiative performance to IT leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Required Minimum: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications)
  • At least 1-2+ years of experience in graphic design and content production, ideally within a fast-paced business or agency environment.
  • A robust portfolio that demonstrates expertise in graphic design with a strong focus on digital media and copy creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and familiarity with video editing and content management systems.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven track record of creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering innovative design solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
