The Marketing Specialist will oversee and tailor the HubSpot CRM platform, creating and automating workflows and campaigns, analyzing data, and applying best practices based on insights. This role supports marketing efforts with tasks aimed at advancing the organization's long-term objectives. The primary goal is to enhance brand visibility and product awareness to boost sales and expand the customer base.


Key Responsibilities


HubSpot Expert:

  • Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Monitor and refine campaign performance to achieve optimal ROI.
  • Track and evaluate marketing metrics with HubSpot and other analytics tools.
  • Create comprehensive reports to offer insights and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and database management in HubSpot.

Content Creator:

  • Produce and curate content for various marketing channels, such as social media, emails, and blogs.
  • Ensure content is consistent with the marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

Social Media Manager:

  • Develop and enhance the company's social media presence.
  • Interact with the online community and respond to inquiries promptly.

Market Research Analyst:

  • Perform market research to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze customer feedback to guide marketing strategies.

Event Coordinator:

  • Plan and manage marketing events like trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
  • Oversee logistics and promotional activities for events.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES


Education/Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with HubSpot.

Knowledge/Competencies:

  • Proficiency with HubSpot is essential.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) is beneficial.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Social media experience is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated writing skills with proper grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to proofread, edit, and write clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Effective communication skills to represent the organization to customers, the public, and other external parties through various channels.
